No Presha- High blood Pressure, Cholesterol or even concerned with your sugar as well? No pressure we have a delicious tea blend that may assist with regulating your stress/cortisol levels/, cholesterol and or blood pressure. As we always say this is not medical advice. I'm no Doctor but I believe Nature is. Many of these herbs have been used by hundreds of cultures and thousands of years.

Ingredients: Soursop, Hibiscus, Turmeric, Lavender, Stinging Nettles, Fennel, Hawthorne Berries, Ginger, Yarrow, Red Raspberry Leaf and Lemon Balm, 

Instructions:
Use warm/ medium heat  (3-4 on the eye) steep 15min-20 min the longer the stronger
Place 1 tbs of herbs in filter bag, push to the bottom.
Hand over rim of the mug/cup and pour warm/hot (not boiling) water over the herbs.
Cover and steep for 15min-20min add sweetner preferably Agave and enjoy.
Advise:
Drink 2 cups a day for 1 week if good
drink 1 cup for another week. Check in with testing your bp and if good continue. If great drink 1 cup for 3 weeks. Take a 5 day break and drink 3 cups the remainder. Of the tea.
Avoid: butter, table salt (replace with celtic sea salt), fried foods and processed foods
Decrease: bread,
Diet recommendations
Drink 1 32oz of warm salt/citrus water
Wait 30 min before drinking celery juice.
Drink 1 (16oz or 2 cups ) of fresh celery juice.
1 cup of warm herbal tea
Consult with your doctor about changes, notice how you feel and stop doing something if not well.
But more bowel movements is normal and the goal.
EAT MORE: Garlic, celery and celery seeds.
