Hues & Brews 2: Herbal Mixology.
The breakdown of the science of flavor, Smell and color. How to build your best blend yet. We will be making a custom blend of herbal sugar or salt and a medicinal tea blend.
The ability to pick 5 locally foraged, hydroponically grown and locally sourced Herbs of your choice different from last class. The ability to take home a bag of your own blend. and additional herbs of your choice. Offering a variety of over 100 herbs. including some freshly harvested from the garden. Everyone will be taking home a custom tea blend, a custom seasoning salt or sugar scrub
Fancy Tea infused Desserts and Hors d'ouuvres (snacks)
D.I.Y Tea bar where you choose 3-4 herbs, make your own tea
we brew together and cherish our bonds with our mothers or women we admire and love
take home left over and enough tea for a few more brews
